Ilirija d.d. is a traditional hotel and resort operator located in Biograd na Moru, in the middle of the Croatian coastline. The business’ four main operating sectors are: Nautics – it operates the one of the busiest marinas for charters and pleasure craft on the Adriatic coast, with 805 berths; Hotels (443 4* beds); Campgrounds (1,220 accommodation units); and Real Estate – it owns a shopping centre at the edge of the old city centre, with 9.9k m2 of rented area at EUR 11/m2, and operates its own travel agency. Ilirija intends to grow by expanding its marina, renovating its accommodation, and making greenfield investments in real estate.
