Bittnet is the leading IT training company in Romania, founded in 2007 and listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since 2015. Since its beginning, the company has expanded beyond training, to offer technology servicesm such as IT integration services. In its training segment, Bittnet offers more than 1,500 courses on platforms such as Microsoft, Oracle and Amazon Web Services, having trained 4,400 students in 2019. Since its listing, the company has actively used market mechanisms, such as five corporate bonds issuances and capital increases, to fuel its M&A activity.
